4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited on hi777 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. Deposits may only be made from an account or card registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Under normal processing, withdrawal requests are completed within one hour. Withdrawals will always be sent via the same method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal.

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not the original deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once — not by multiple accounts in the same family or on the same device.

5.4 VIP Program

hi777 has four VIP tiers based on regular play: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Advancement to a higher tier depends on your activity. Different benefits and cashback rates apply at each tier.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled — place bets deliberately.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, hi777 reserves the right to make a final decision.

6.2 Technical Errors

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi777 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage or misusing bonuses.

• Selling, renting, or transferring an account or balance to a third party.
• Attempting to breach the platform's systems, network, or security measures.

8.1 Closure by hi777

hi777 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, or security concerns. The balance of a suspended account may be held while it is under review.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before closing. Options for self-exclusion or setting deposit limits are also available for temporary breaks.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no transactions for an extended period (generally 12 months) may be marked as inactive. A maintenance charge may apply to inactive accounts — details are available on the login page.
